New yorick seems weak as shit.
Played him probably 50 times now, honestly his kits cool but its so hard to kill someone in lane, your maiden is fucking squishy and unless someone is dumb enough to fight you while shes up GL getting kills.

Sounds like you may be trying too hard to actually kill your opponent, you should be focusing on punishing them for going to cs by nailing them all the time with E when they go to auto a minion. Eventually they will switch to using only their skills to cs and then you can start Q farm safely and lock up the wave in front of your tower. New Yorick has very strong wave control.
Also, 50 games on champ with a fairly high skill cap is not a lot, Yorick is surprisingly difficult to master. There is a lot of strategic play involved, setup and such. Resourceless champs can be a pain to deal with, but are manageable it is easy to get the lane pushed to you in most match ups and then lock it up, exposing the enemy to ganks from your jungler or being able to deny them cs.
