so do i not get keys if i cant get chest??
since there is a timer on when you can unlock your next chest i was noticing i dont get any keys when this timer is on
is this intended?

took me 25 games+ to get a key ragment.
Its intended to force you buy the keys...

It's just luck, the key dropping rate decreases when you get one (it resets monthly), that might be why you don't find any anymore. Don't give up tho, you'll find some eventually!
