Someone queuing up for ranked shouldn't have to play with OR AGAINST 4 man premade. They are going to get bullied (just look at 4 man premades in norms)

Part of ranked leveling up should be having the ability to play multiple positions. This is just a personal opinion, but I don't think people should be able to rank up knowing how to play a single role and 1-2 champs max....which they will be able to do with your new changes.

Oh, I want to play Fizz mid, but mid que is really long...I'm just going to sign up for "support" and then troll with my Fizz. (same prob as teambuilder, only you can kick in teambuilder).
I'm sure I left out some too, I just don't have the time now to fully look at it.
I honestly don't think these changes are going to solve a single issue that people have with ranked in this game, and will only create more issues.
