I personally dont think yasuo should be able to ult off every knock up.

Its not fair, I was against a yasuo and malphite bot and malph would ult and yasuo would ult and i would die.

I think its more than fair. The man can only ult when you're up in the air. Pretty much any other champ can ult anytime they want.
