Anyone else been hearing a weird global voice.
Heard it twice last game. Some kind of weird, non-english kind of voice.

i think it was illaoi's voice i can hear her anywhere in the map whenever she presses B
I heard it too and the exact same pronunciation kinda thing, I do not think that it was illaoi, at first I thought it was her but I was not effected by her w and she says english in all of her lines
