Let's talk about ganks..
Now, I play Jungle quite frequently, and from time to time at the end of a game where my laner went x/1x, I hear "No ganks". Now lets be clear here, a gank is when I consciously make an effort to get you ahead in lane by using smart pings to show you I am on my way. When I go into your lane to gank, I am fully expecting you to acknowledge the fact that I've pinged it and typed that I was coming. When you don't go in when I gank, that's on you. When I gank and you don't deal any damage whatsoever and still manage to die even with me completely using everything I have, that's on you. Those are considered ganks; Just because when their jungler said he was going in, your laner actually paid attention and went in too and what do you know, they got a kill. A gank is only successful when you actually attempt to aid the situation. When you do shit all when I am in your lane, that's on YOU and nobody else. There's only 1 situation where I may have never ganked, and that would be when you lost the game for yourself or you die multiple times before even my first clear. Time and time again I have (usually mid laners) complain about no ganks, even though I frequently gank mid. The fact they didn't get a kill apparently means the gank didn't happen. If you die 1v1, then get ganked because you're extended, BUY WARDS. If you want to play aggressive, give yourself the opportunity to actually make it out alive if the jungler is in the bush. Just stop blaming the jungler for your negligence.
