I thought riot make to have a free win on promos when you are at gold and bellow!

So i enter my plat v Promos (i am gold1) on my other account and i win 2 of the promos games but i lost the rest!!

So why when i enter back in i dont have the 1 free win that riot say that it would have?

It stops at getting into Gold 1, you can't get free wins for your Plat promos.
