Make mystery gifts prioritize champs you do not have a skin for.

Just received my mystery gift for good behaviour (thanks Rito), but it just happened to be a talon skin. Now i already own a talon skin, so getting one more is sorta overkill (there are champs; maokai, poppy, I have multiple skins for, but in general that's reserved for champs that mean something special for me), and i was just thinking: Why doesn't mystery gifting prioritize champs you don't have a skin for? I mean wouldn't that be nicer?

because random skins can't be abused.

The chance for abuse would be pretty high though. Lets say I want championship riven. Buy 520 rp skins for everyone else, than i can sell my account for a lot more than I wasted.

No thanks. If it did I'd have gotten a teemo skin by now from all my mystery gifts I've traded with friends. I do not want this, so I am glad that it does not prioritize champs with no skins.
