PSA: Having more kills than your lane opponent isn't winning lane. Neither is having more CS.

It's getting the turrets, and while having higher CS is a large part of that, as it means you pushed more, it doesn't mean you won lane. If you have 5 kills 0 deaths 5 assists 200 CS but their outer turret is still standing, and your inhibitor turret is down, you lost lane. Most likely you roamed too much, or tried to duel too much when you should've been more passive. That is all.

dude if your inhibitor turret is down either someone was afk and nobody bothered to roam/rotate to that lane to stop them at all, or you are WAAAAAAAAAAAY past the laning phase.

Clearly an extreme bit of hyperbole, but ok. I'm not sure when you'll have 5 kills, 200 more CS, and not even get their turrent..., but ok.

I had this game as annie mid where I went 0/0/0 and won lane by getting a cs lead and getting tower when enemy brand was roaming. Of course since my teammates don't comprehend mia pings, brand goes 6/0/0 from roams alone. Then my team starts blaming me for not roaming.
