The only champions I still see using it are Vayne, Ezreal and Yi. Are there other champions it still works effectively on? I've tried it on Kindred a few times, but for the most part Dominick's just seems like a better option if they're stacking health + armor.
Kog still uses it often and such
it's a godsend on kalista in my opinion. the slow makes it super easy to kite them. especially early game when you don't have much attack speed to hop as fast
I usually pick it up on Nocturne, it and sated devourer are my two main damage items.
I also occasionally pick it up when I play adc if I feel I need the active to keep me away from a dive heavy team.
