I accidently disenchanted elementalist lux skin perm?

I got excited and I thought that the +1625 was the way to unlock it. Is there any way someone can undo that or no?

*I got it from a 3 skin reroll. I forgot that it was a permanant.

If its not possible I understand

what i would do is submit a support ticket and explain what happen see if they can fix it...

coming here really wont do more to help you then what i just stated

Send a support ticket as detailed as possible. I always take screenshots before every action I do just in case something goes wrong and I need proof.
