His Ult which is a massive slow, damage amplifying knock up on a champion that already has high moobility, and his E his massive slow, untargetable , movement spell.

Damage amplification got removed from his ultimate during the assassin rework, although apparently it wasn't visible enough because people still complain about that removed feature.

Honestly I haven't really seen a Fizz since the assassin rework so I can't judge, I just thought it relevant to point out the removal.
