@Riot - How do you guys think Brand is doing?

We going to see anything for Brand lore-wise? It's been a long while. What about gameplay?

Personally, I think it's back to business as usual. While I'm kind of sad to see his burn so harshly nerfed (mostly for symbolic reasons), and I don't think the explosions fit too well with his like-wildfire personality, catching people with the passive is an ok reward for having to land 3 abilities for it to work.

Honestly, from his VO to his now-outdated lore, I always thought he fit more in line with a walking volcano and less like a two-legged bomb. There's a purity in fire that you don't get with just explosions. Having something consumed in flame is different from just blowing it apart. There's a completeness to fire that explosions just don't encompass. Brand looks like the kind of guy who just hurts to stand next to.
