LAN server doesn't have dominion
Explain yourselves Riot, you are prohibiting them from playing the wonderful game mode of DOMINION

Server population is too low, you'd literally wait days to get into a game once it stopped being "the new thing".
They also only have blind pick in normals. :/
If it were simple, Riot would remove Dominion from NA and EU. They don't give a damn about the mode.
