My experience in NB3 Chat.

So, I am an avid "lurker" in twitch chats and I hardly ever type. When I do(and very rarely I do) I just try to be like everyone else and I don't break any rules or go too far (even though it's twitch chat how far can one go? People get graphic as hell and I could never say any of the shit I've seen, yes even in NB3's twitch chat) Anyways, I even subbed to NB3 once because I love NB3 he is the reason I am at least half as good as I am! I've been watching him almost since he started streaming!Way before his A-Z unranked to challenger. I am not saying this to make people think I am anything special I am just showing that i've dedicated a lot of time to NB3's stream and I even idolize him despite me beating him twice in jungle lol.. Very conditional though, the first time he was trying out Shaco jungle and I counterpicked him with Panth. The second time he went AP Yasuo and I played Shaco. Now to my experience: You know how it is in Twitch chat it's Twitch chat and while there are rules it's not very... "tame". This should be obvious... Point is, I am, for once, just messing around. I tend to do a lot of "EU>NA" or "NA>EU" jokes because those are really the only ones I think are mildly funny and immature but are still kinda funny. Although, they really don't define my actual opinion on the subject. So there was this mod who is named "Moald" who was actually banning some guy named "Kimmister" or something like that I don't know completely remember it but it was something like that. I didn't really notice by the time I "broke the rules". What happened? Moald made a comment that was like "EU>NA" I know he was siding with EU and I don't know what exactly he said, but I assumed it was a joke. So, I followed up with "Stay Free EU 4Head". Which is just a friendly joke that is following up what he said and as far as I am concerned we are pretty much making the same joke, why would you ban me or as one of the other mods were trying to justify it by clarifying it is just a "10 minute timeout". I received 3 "timeouts" which were unecessary. I didn't say anything wrong at all and as my time came back up, I did the logical thing and complained to the mods that I was unfairly banned, I tried to be as mature as possible with it. I didn't even curse the entire time this all went down because I knew that people wouldn't be able to understand if I was just randomly trashing them. Yes, I called "Moald" a nazi mod because he is. That's all I said and I wanted to proceed to explain what had happened, but the entire chat was just flaming me up to the mods themselves. Keep in mind, the mods weren't gonna go too far with their trashtalking because they're mods, they will at least try to stay face. So, I was offended with not only the ban but the fact that I am not allowed to even explain what had went down! So, I am offended but I am a very hard guy to piss off and I always try to keep my arguments as mature as possible but these mods were not any of that. After I finally get banned for about the third and final time. I wisper a specific mod named "Skittlesplz" who was 1 of the other mods in the chat at the time. From what she ( I assume she) was saying, I assumed she was trying to stay face with what she was saying. She said "We defend plebs but only plebs that are reasonable and understanding". She said this because everyone is just unreasonably attacking me and saying that "I am just complaining too much and to go fuck myself" essentially. Not the mods, the subs. So I said "Wow, I don't even get a chance to talk about why I am complaining and explain what happened and the only reason Moald is getting the defense is because he is a mod" Which, I understand may sound "unreasonable" but it's the truth if your honestly defending him without even knowing what happened! Whatever, Moald then banned me and said "@Killzkrazy go calm your tits" So, I was banned and I was still calm throughout the entire situation. Back to the point, I was talking to Skittlesplz and we wispered back and forth. Remembering what she said "We defend plebs that are understanding and reasonable" I knew it was just to stay face but I talked with her because she tried to play the role of the "nice" mod, the one you would be able to take a complaint to and tried to set it right. Obviously, she didn't do any of it and acted INCREDIBLY immature... I even went as far as said specifically to skittlesplz that she was FINE and that it was only Moald that was being a nazi mod, she had no reason to say this other than to make me seem more like a villain in a private chat of all things, I didn't call anyone else a nazi mod!" She goes on to say that "Our jobs as mods are to keep the chat chill" No! Your jobs are to maintain the rules set in motion and to make sure nobody acts out of order, that INCLUDES unecessary "timeouts" from your very own mods. Mods should not be defended from this sort of thing! If your a mod and you recognize another mod unfairly banning, at least inform the broadcaster! I know some people are gonna point out a comment in that private chat that I said "Your acting like I am raping you" because that's exactly how she acted! It wasn't that I was irritated, it was because that's what came to my mind while she was being like "Omg! You need to chill" and "If you keep acting like this I am not talking to you". She is acting like that while I am just trying to reach out to her so I can properly explain what was going on! My assumption was that she obviously didn't care enough to receive a complain in order to better the chat and to fix the issue, she was just keeping face. I know I can't really say anything to change what had happened and I know Moald is gonna keep being a mod in Nightblue3's chat. I don't really care, but I hope Nightblue pays a little more attention to his mods so he can see that, while he was complimenting his mods the other day, there are some bad eggs among his mod list. Also, this doesn't mean that all mods are bad, there are plenty in which I think were pretty cool. Still, it's a damn shame.

TL;DR I was unfairly banned 3 times in chat while I was just trying to reason with them.
