Has anybody else heard weird voices?

I had a game a few days ago where I kept hearing somebody talk in Chinese/Japanese over and over. I didn't have an Illaoi in the game, so I know it wasn't her. I just thought it was weird because it was definitely a male voice. I have only been around a year, so I don't have much hype for this, but from what I've read over the year I thought maybe Ao Shin? He's based off a Chinese dragon if I remember correctly. But I was telling somebody in the room with me to listen to it because it wasn't something I had ever heard before in a game. I know Riot likes to tease their fans with little easter eggs like this, so I just wasn't sure if maybe that was one. Or can anybody explain to me what it might have been?

Next champ hype? Also, it definitely isn't Ao Shin. I got shot down by one of the Rioters themselves about the next champion they are doing. Though it was called awesome, so you know it's gonna be something great.

Did you have an internet browser open on a page that plays audio ads? I know sometimes lolskill.net plays audio ads if i forget to close the window. Though ive never heard one in a language other than english.

I get this all the time its not Chinese or Jap its like indigenous speakings or some whatnot.

This happened to me about 5 minutes ago and it lasted about 30 seconds in-game. Perhaps it's Jhin?
