Has anybody else heard weird voices?

I had a game a few days ago where I kept hearing somebody talk in Chinese/Japanese over and over. I didn't have an Illaoi in the game, so I know it wasn't her. I just thought it was weird because it was definitely a male voice. I have only been around a year, so I don't have much hype for this, but from what I've read over the year I thought maybe Ao Shin? He's based off a Chinese dragon if I remember correctly. But I was telling somebody in the room with me to listen to it because it wasn't something I had ever heard before in a game. I know Riot likes to tease their fans with little easter eggs like this, so I just wasn't sure if maybe that was one. Or can anybody explain to me what it might have been?

Next champ hype? Also, it definitely isn't Ao Shin. I got shot down by one of the Rioters themselves about the next champion they are doing. Though it was called awesome, so you know it's gonna be something great.

Did you have an internet browser open on a page that plays audio ads? I know sometimes lolskill.net plays audio ads if i forget to close the window. Though ive never heard one in a language other than english.

No, because it usually annoys me. The only websites I have open that would play audio ads are Hearthstone websites. I only use op.gg when playing league, and I close out of it when playing because the ads soak up a bit of bandwidth. I usually just play with my computer speakers, but recently I've been using my nice gaming headphones. It was in the game for sure, and it kept doing it over and over. Like I said, it's only happened in one game. But like some other Easter eggs in league, they don't happen every game or even that often to begin with.
