How do people like this even exist?

Was in a 3's match. I know many people don't take it seriously, but its a game mode in my eyes, and when I click 3's I expect people to take it as seriously as 5's since it's a legit game mode. Anyway...

A kindred on my team early into the game tower dives after ganking for me, the opponent was at 1% hp easy, and I planted ignite.. it's a kill, he'd already wasted his heal earlier in the fight. Kindred tower dives and dies.

Right away kindred ganks again, ok cool, we get the kill, Kindred is at 40% hp, and goes into their jungle, knowing full well the Vi is most likely there. See's the full HP vi, and starts to fight, then the Draven appears, and she stays.. doesn't try to get away just gives the easy kill over.

She does it again... immediately after re spawning, trying to get her hunt mark...

This is when I asked if she would stop giving easy kills over and to try to play safe.. This is where things go full r%%%%%.

She starts to whine I'm being negative. Saying she isn't making mistakes, what I think is just an opinion and is doing fine. I merely point out that all of her deaths atm were only due to recklessness and she could be easily without a single death, to be more safe.. But apparently that's all an "opinion" so it doesn't count and is just negative..

She then starts to harrass me saying I'm harrassing her, and I have a negative attitude, and goes on and on about how Riot only cares about this, and that I'm ruining her "gaming experience".

She then goes into /all chat and says to report me for being negative.

fast forward a bliss quiet 10 minutes, and about 2 more tower dives, and her going 3v1 or 2v1 unneedingly and giving more deaths, I ask her again to please stop diving in situations she can't win. She goes on to say I'm being negative again, and especially since I typed to the enemy in /all chat. (She was the one who did it not me).

I'd like to point out at this moment, that this wasn't a troll... as sad as that is...

Towards the end of the game, we were starting to win. Between my Shen, and our malzahar, despite our kindred being 2/11 we were still pushing the enemy back.. Just as we were about to win kindred breaks offs and tries to solo a tower and inhib. We get hit 2v3 and lose, at this point we're both telling kindred to back off but she doesn't.. and dies.

Her response?

"I make another great play for the team...again, we got inhib we'll win"...

needless to say we lost 5 minuets after that.

She keeps saying "no we'll win don't worry we got inhib" All the while both Malzahar (who has been completely quiet this entire time), and myself both say gg in all chat. Because despite our kindred, it was.

Our kindred then response with "My team is so negative" and reports both me and malzahar for negative behavior....

wow.. all cuz malzahar knew it was over..

wtf? For asking someone to play safer and try not to give unneeded deaths I get harassed? The worlds going to hell when you can't even ask your teammates to play safe anymore.

Welcome to league OP. If you type anything into the chat other than "gg" "gj" or "ty" you'll probably offend one of the whining children on your team. Never EVER ask anyone to do anything, offer them advice of any sort or attempt to convince them to avoid something they've been doing. Even if they've died doing it 9 times. Even if they JUST died doing it. If Sona wants to facecheck dragon alone when their entire team is mia, she will. If she sees them and wants to try and STEAL dragon despite being alone... she will. When she fails and the enemy then steamrolls up midlane and takes two towers because she wasn't there to ult them when they tower dove you 4v5? Well pointing out that she made a mistake will only put her into persecution mode... where she's angry that you're talking about her so in her eyes YOU are the problem. You are now a toxic, raging jerk who is causing the problems your team is facing with your rage and negative attitude. She will be poorly disposed towards you for the rest of the game, and will almost be MORE likely to do stupid crap in the future just to spite you. After all, to her if the game is lost it is now YOUR fault. Why should she care?

It drives me up the wall too, since I enjoy the strategic parts of the game more than anything and I try and try and try to shot call and guide my team... but it's just not worth it. People are too pissy, rude, sensitive or just plain hostile or unwilling to admit to mistakes. And then when YOU inevitably make a mistake or just plain die (which WILL happen since your team is likely behind at that point) they will look at it as a sign that you don't know anything because you're not a flawless 10/0 and hard carrying the entire game. Everyone thinks they know best... including you.

Yes, you. You mess up plenty. We all do. Even if you're one of the rare few who can make a mistake, die and when your teammate says "omg jax, stop feeding" not get upset or take it personally... most people aren't. The simplest way to avoid all this stress is just to start each game by slapping down a /muteall. Seriously. I enjoy the game so much more now that I mute everyone from the start. Don't use the chat at all. Just ping and do your personal best and try to enjoy yourself. You'll still get that kindred, but you won't waste your time arguing with her in chat. There will always be bad teammates and unwinnable games... but I can probably count on one hand the number of games that have been turned around by something said in chat... and I've played thousands.

Don't worry I will be doing some awesome recording of these types of matches. I hate feeders, so if they wanna be exposed so be it. Hopefully Riot can do something LEGIT after these matches are recorded.

Or when you play support and get flamed for asking your team to put wards out when you have been the only one to place a ward the entire game. FUN.
