Anyone else a little tired of having to hear enemy VO lines for each of their basic abilities?

Don't get me wrong, I am a real big advocate for having more VO lines for champions, it's one of my favourite additions with the new champions.

BUT.

The worst thing for me is that I have to hear the same, tired VO lines every time a new-er champion (or a champion that is reworked, like Twitch or Karthus) uses any ability. I dread having to play against a Twitch or - God Forbid - a Super Galaxy Rumble, because every goddamn ability has to utilize a VO line that is incredibly loud and, for some reason, unmuteable (like muting cancels out Laugh or Taunt spammers). But lo and behold, there's the new crew that doesn't shut up.

Enemy used their Q? SNEAKY SNEAKY! THINK FAST!

Enemy used their W? GALACTIC HYPER BARRIER! FACE THE WIND!

Enemy used their E? YOU'RE LOOKING A LITTLE GREEN! IS THIS. WHAT PASSES FOR WAR!

Enemy used their R? Alright, I'll be honest, I think enemy VO lines for ultimates are totally fine. I'll admit, even when he's on the other team, hearing Karthus yell "DIE!!" or whatever Yasuo says during his ult, it's badass. Enemy ults are made a bit better with VO lines that you can hear, since it's not every 3 seconds that you'll hear it.

I actually remember a Riot employee mentioning that Karthus wouldn't have a globally heard VO line when he uses his ult (although that would be awesome) since it would be a pain to have to always hear him for every ult. If this is the case, why do I have to hear:

I'LL BE RIGHT UNDER THEIR NOSES! HERE'S SOMETHING THAT WON'T WASH OFF! THREAD THE NEEDLE! AH HA HA! YOU'RE LOOKING A LITTLE GREEN!

And this is in the span of about 9 seconds. It's pretty annoying for every game I have a newer champion like this. Am I the only one that gets slightly annoyed by this?

TL;DR In my opinion (that means it's just how I feel, maybe no one thinks the same way), having to hear an enemy champion yell a VO line for each of their abilities gets annoying, and I think that muting (which disables things like Laughs, Taunts and Jokes from being heard) should also take out those lines, or maybe not have these lines be read for every ability.
