There's quite a few champions who are in need of a new skin, Tryndamere has enough at this point.

They could use some new skin hotness, and there are definitely more champions in need of newer skins too.

Diana is slated for the fire-themed skin from All Star, so you can look forward to that in the coming months!
Nasus received Archduke last year, Shaco received Wild Card, Talon received SSW, and Jax recently received Warden, for a bit of context there.
Malzahar is on the Champion Update list, so we won't be considering him for a skin until he's squared away.
I would love to see a Karthus skin with particles, personally. And now that Sion has been updated (and his model and rig are so fresh and so clean, clean), I'd love to give him a higher tier skin that has all kinds of bells and whistles. His catalog of skins doesn't have a whole lot going on, as compared to some of the newer champions. D:
