The "Bard" symbol from the New Champ Preview shows up all over Summoners Rift

There are a few spots on SR where there are glowing yellow symbols show up. They occasionally light up and fade away, but they are certainly present all throughout the map.

A few places where you can find them include the right wall corner near Bot lane, the wall separating Blue buff and gromp on Blue side, the wall to the right of Redside mid tower, the redside wall that meets top lane, and probably more places. If someone wants to get screenshots of the glowing circles, it'll probably be more helpful than my descriptions. Or hell, just load into a custom game and look around the map for these weird easter eggs.

I don't know about you, but I never noticed the glowing cult symbols until about a month ago, it makes me wonder why all of the sudden these symbols show up, and then the new Champ preview makes a point to discuss the "Bard constellation"...
