Can we have a permanent way to Spectate games on the Main Lobby Screen?

I think there's quite a few people who enjoy spectating high-ranked games from the Lobby Screen. Whenever something takes up the space where the Spectating window usually sits, I always seem to see people on the Boards complaining about it.

Can there be a permanent way to spectate games? For example, maybe let other things cover up the Spectator area, but have an arrow slider on the edge of the box, which allows us to Spectate, but still allows Riot to fill that spot with something they think is important, like the newly released PROJECT content.

Just a suggestion, really.
