Not getting key fragments or chests.
Have gotten 10 Ss in the last couple days and have not recieved a single chest or key fragment.

You have a limit on how many chests you can get...if you go to your profile on league, on the right hand side where your lane is listed, it will show chests and "X amount of days till next chest". If they silver, then you've already used them up..if they gold then there's some to be earned. I think ti's 1 chest every 6 days
As for keys, they are making it harder to get. Haven't gotten any key fragments in a long time...I think they want you to play other types of games besides summoner's rift
