Both of bot lane rage quit after feeding Kallista, and our syndra refused to surrender a 3v5.
I don't care what anyone says but if you're gonna force your teammates to play a 3v5 you can have fun by yourself, i refuse to play a match that is literally unwinnable

Either yes it was, or it was always this way in the first place. As far as i'm aware it takes 70% of votes to equal a surrender, and with 3 people, 2 yes'es is only 66%
Jubbinaut1 votes70% seems a strange choice of number. The standard 4-vote requirement is 80%, while a single-afk 3-vote is 75%. One would think if they wanted to ensure that it takes at least 3 people voting to surrender, they'd just set it to 75%. Even 65% would work to allow 2-vote surrenders on a 3-man team, because 3/5 is merely 60%.
That's not to argue with you, mind. Merely thinking out loud about how silly a breakpoint that is.
I'll test this myself later on to verify, but it seems strange that a supermajority vote would be insufficient to allow a surrender.

I've been in that situation before, and it is 2/3 = surrender
3/4 = surrender
4/5 = surrender
anything less and it continues.
never been in a 2v5 before, but I imagine one person is all it takes.
Well clearly 2/3 does not equal surrender anymore, because we had to wait for the enemy team to actually end because syndra wouldn't surrender

At the end of the 60 seconds, if <70% of the team has agreed to surrender, the vote fails and cannot be initiated again for three minutes. If >70% do agree to surrender, the game will end in victory for the opposite team.
2/3 = 66% 3/4 = 75% 4/5 = 80%
