Ward Skins are 640 RP each. That's more than some champions and some skins. I don't understand why such a small cosmetic change is so expensive. I could understand maybe 250 RP or so, but I think 640 is a little unreasonable.
they have custome spawn animations, idle animations(sometimes) and death animations. So i guess that is why.
Being used in game (as opposed to a summoner icon which is not) and what Foxy said for having animations and sounds, to me makes it worth more. Just don't frivolously buy every one you like; get one and stick with it.
