So i play on the LAN server but i'm only over there because east coast players are still in the lower end of priorities as far as ping and servers are related, Anyways I was told that for the LAN Circuit and tournaments that there is a rule that there can only be two foreigners and the other 3 have to be from the country is this actually true? "Ranked 5's"
