So more times then i should whenever i fire my q "howling gale" no one on my team can see were or how far it's going to go including myself upon initial cast. So the miss communication during a game is kind of annoying when you "playing with" have to guess the direction of her q or even if you should engage or even rely on it because it all really comes down to a guess, or "playing as" assuming your team will follow up on it when you want to make a play.

I was wondering if when you cast it, not only if it could show the direction it was going to travel "obviously to teammates only" but how far it's going to go with like an arrow or something that grows over time? thoughts? Janna

Tbh as someone who plays a lot of Janna, I'd not like this change at all. If your allies can see the direction you cast your tornado in, their subsequent actions can lead the enemy to figure out the direction. Part of the skill in Janna is aiming your tornado in a direction your enemies don't expect.

I main Janna, but I can see this going either way. A good ADC/jungler/whatever could probably corral the enemy into her tornado (Maokai and Nautilus jungling especially could just bump them into its path), but a good enemy could see that one coming and get out of the way (since as it is, Janna doesn't have the chestbumping power to bully anyone into going anywhere).

There are two sides to it for sure, but I think the pros outweigh the cons. It'd be worth it to be able to get an enemy snared in the path of the howling gale, versus having an ally snare them just before they get into its path (which makes Jannas the world 'round scream in anguish) because they didn't know where your tornado was going.

Don't play enough enough Janna to say one way or another, but congrats on actually getting the definition of "Quality of Life Change" right, or at least a lot closer than most people who use the term on here.

So many times I've ramped up a q or was going to throw one out and it barely misses the enemy it was be a godsend to see how far the tornado will go

It would be a great change so it would be easier to charge tornado to actually hit them when they run of you. +1

Yeah a small semi-transparent arrow that's fixed on the spot where the tornado charges and points towards where the tornado will travel is a really nice idea. It doesn't have to be huge, overly contrasted and highlighted. Just like Zyra's plant range indicator, Rengar's leap indicator etc etc, a subtly coloured small indicator would be great.

Man. Miss Communication is a bitch. She's even worse than Miss Fortune. There's always so much miscommunication between us.
