A birthday miracle

I posted a thread two days ago about how it was my birthday. I got some RP for it, and I decided to buy a chest, among other skins. That chest gave me a skin shard, which gave me three skin shards. I combined them for a permanent skin, and lo and behold...

I didn't think it could be better. But, when I logged in today, I got the blessed pop-up: someone I'd reported in game got punished.
