He evnetually afk'd, I we almost won, I got 500 farm, but we still lost do to the deficit from him being here.
He claims he does this every game. Why has he not been banned yet?
He trolls because he's on tilt from losing games while suffering snarky people like you, op. Tantalizing him, stirring his pot, laughing at him, mocking him in a diplomatic and self-righteous fashion, and down-right adding more fuel to his fire is the absolute worst thing you can do. We both know why you do it too, op. You do it to have a reason to spam report on him. You do it to inflict automated punishment upon him. You do it because you pleasure yourself in the misery and pain of others. You do it because you're a jerk, and that makes you no better than your "offender".

Annnnyway have you actually looked up his profile to see if he does it all the time? If so maybe you should see about taking more... official action, as in pointing him out in an email to someone.
