Drop/kick hack now in normals?

Was playing a match just a min ago in normal as Rengar top... Match was far from finished and suddenly I got a "Reconnecting" message... The game never did anything so I closed it thinking it would reconnect me. Instead it brought me right to the black screen that says "Skip waiting for status" and I clicked it. Brought me back to the league home and my last match that I got removed from isn't even in my record..... People bringing drop/kick hax to normal now?..... Tired of this game anymore..... EDIT: there was another player on the team who was disconnected a min or two b4 I was removed....
