Is feeding considered toxic behavior?

Title. Just wondering what the general opinion on it is. Do you guys think going 2/15 (obviously scenario here...no "oh but 2/15/094387502938475 and 03958 turrets taken") is considered toxic, or do you think it only applies to language?

"feeding" implies that you are doing it intentionally. its the act of becoming food for the enemy team. if you are dying a lot because you went on tilt or had a bad game or your opponent completely sees through your every move and is always a step ahead, killing you in the process, that's not feeding. Even if you go 2/15 like someone earlier mentioned.

only the feeding where you stop trying, walk up to the enemy to be slaughtered without defending yourself, walking into towers, dying to creeps on purpose, playing touch-down in their base, that feeding is intentional, toxic and therefore reportable.

It applies to intentional feeding. If you're having a shit game and you feed, I don't believe it's toxic. However if you go on tilt and start running down mid and die a million times with no results, that's certainly toxic.

there's a difference between having a bad game and intentionally feeding.

i usually base it off of how they're dying. like if they're dying in team fights a lot, or they just had a rough lane (0-3ish) and couldn't recover, that's one thing because it often leads to future deaths as well. if they're dying under enemy turrets or in the enemy jungle without a teammate that's another, and I'll probably report them.
