I'm just curious about how people feel about them.

I like them, (although I play soraka a ton so windspeakers is a straight up godsend)

I think they're currently in a good spot

there's room for flexibility. Warlords and fervor are in a good spot I see a split in which of the two pro players recommend on carries, to the point where it's basically "there is no cookie cutter, so just pick the one you feel comfortable with". I've been seeing toplane tanks take bond of stone/strength of the ages/grasp of the undying so there's quite clearly room for tanks to "pick a favourite".

The only one I'm a bit iffy on is storm raiders surge- no assassin seems to take it, and no one seems to be advocating for using it due to thunderlords just being the perfect assassin mastery. Perhaps it's too slow for an assassin, you don't really need the mobility once you've jumped onto your target and started nuking. You sometimes of see darius/nasus run it, but that's more of a cheesey snowball build. If I could make a change it would probably be to replace storm raiders surge with something that compliments ap junglers (who seem to be lacking a solid mastery, they're currently shoehorned into thunderlords/strength of the ages and are usually forced to pick the latter).

but outside of that I think that keystone masteries are fine as is.
