What exactly is the point of taking away the Screen from popping up in Champ Select while Browsing?

Like, why? All it does is makes more people dodge. Just have the screen pop up when it's your pick or ban like it has always been.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't pop up when it's your turn to ban...

Oh, it does! I'm 100% sure. :) I played a game last night, popped up each time it was my turn to select something.

Well then they changed it because I still have terrible, terrible nightmares about browsing for something and hearing the fucking dramatic drums in the background while I'm browsing the internet, letting me know that I'm about to dodge because it takes 2 seconds to register my click of the ban button.

Maybe the servers work differently, I dunno. Someone told me that you need to minimize the client though, and not just open something new over it. Might be the case?

If I remember correctly RIOT is trying to force people into paying attention and be engaged the entire duration of the dynamic queue.
