What exactly is the point of taking away the Screen from popping up in Champ Select while Browsing?
Like, why? All it does is makes more people dodge. Just have the screen pop up when it's your pick or ban like it has always been.

It still does pop up. :)
If I remember correctly RIOT is trying to force people into paying attention and be engaged the entire duration of the dynamic queue.
