How do you know, where is your proof.

It is true. Riot wants you to not be toxic in return though. They place a much higher emphasis on "verbal toxicity" than game play toxicity. They should both be equal and its been a longstanding problem with the way this game works.

Player 1 is toxic.

Player 2 is toxic due to player 1.

Every other player in the game has to deal with two toxic players and don't really care why player 2 is toxic, just that they are.
