Id say there are 3 iconic champions. Garen, Ashe, and Ryze. Teemo however might be one. But those 3 are all 450 ip champions, and they are basically your starter champions who are very easy to play. Riot would make them more iconic than the rest. Teemo would be used for a poster of league or something however.
You can remove Jax, Jinx, Garen, and Ahri.
The only logical candidates are Master Yi, Teemo, Ryze, Draven, and Katarina.
