I can't stop stressing over my two games last night

Had two very aggravating matches last night and I can't stop thinking about how much they pissed me off. Got stomped in lane both times and spent the whole match feeling like a useless shit lord because I was too behind to make any meaningful contribution to the match.

The worst part is that in the Gnar game I started with a lane advantage, zoning Nasus and poking him down to about 1/3 and keeping him there, then two ganks later (one enemy gank and one ally gank that went badly) Nasus was too far ahead for me to do anything. I got aggravated about it, and my allies kept getting on my case and giving me grief, making it worse, and I spent half the match throwing a tantrum. Even dropped out of the match in a huff for about five minutes to try and cool off.

Now so far I've spent the whole day feeling like a piece of trash human being for losing my cool like that. I'm one of those people who made other player's game experience worse and I damn well know it. All I want to do right now is fake sick, go home early, wallow in self-loathing, and fight the urge to slit my wrists and just accept that I'm a scumbag pile of shit who doesn't belong in this world. I made other people's days worse by being a whiny baby bitch and I'd be more useful as lawn fertilizer.

Well, atleast you're honest with admitting how you feel.

Even if you did something like that, it's no reason to commit suicide or even joke about it.

Sometimes you have bad games and the enemy team is just really good at shutting you down. Placing wards in nearby locations gives you the ability to figure out what they did and how it worked. Figure out what they did to you, and be prepared to use it against other players when you get the chance. Loss and failure are very important parts of learning how to get better.

That being said, it's good that you feel bad about ruining the game for others, but the important step is learning how better to manage your anger so that you don't let it happen again. Focus on learning in all your games, even ranked ones, and you can keep your cool. Always remember that you can still win it if the enemy team gets disconnected!

And then you get on the forums and make more people have worse days because they spent the time to read this bullshit.

You feel like a pile of shit who doesn't belong in this world because you messed up in a video game? The hell?

Rather than thinking about how poorly your games went, try to think about what you did wrong in those games that led to the outcome. Did you not ward for the first enemy gank? Did you tower dive nasus with your ally when you should not have? Think about these things so next time when a similar situation arises you will be prepared for them

It is way better to think about how to get better rather than feeling bad for yourself.
