Why isn't there an option to turn off chat in a way you can't turn it on Ingame.

Honestly how hard can this be, put an intern to do this and it would be done in half a day.

Sometimes, I just wish I couldn't chat, I have this feeding teammate and I get this itch, this dam itch and I know if I start typing things are gonna spiral out of control as the troll or feeder back lashes and blames the jg of their support. I just wish I could turn of chat, in the LOL client, where we see our profiles. I'm sure this would prevent me from tilting and tilting others.

(if there are any ways to turn of my chat through the lol files, please tell me how, even if I have to modify them)
