If A Summoner DCs and The Champ Gets Killed...
Wouldn't that technically mean the champion is dead forever? Because no revive magic was there to revive the champion because the summoner lost connection with him/her/it.

Well if that form of summoner was still cannon you might be correct but let's say that wifi is a magical inhibitor if the inhibitor is broken then the champ would simply not be able to move. I beleve that the fountain or nexus is the source of life once they are broken that instance of the champ is gone for ever how ever just like our in game inhibitors con respawn so can our wifi connection . So tldr wifi is for moving

Actually it's the nexus that revives the champions
the nexus also revives/summons the minions.
