Is it just me, or...
Are people unwilling to see changes pan out before complaining with enough salt to feed an entire country?
I mean, seriously. Can you guys wait until they officially release EVERY item change?

A lot of people bitched about how the new jungle "Killed jungle diversity" before this season started and we saw one of the most diverse jungle seasons ever. People also bitched about juggernauts when they came out, but now few complain, in spite of few changes. Morale of the story: People will always bitch... it's just a matter of biting your tongue and biding your time.
Well the complaining is 1 part anger 2 parts fear.
There are people that have been playing this game since it's birth and they are afraid the new changes will completely change the game as they remember.
On your second point, it's better to voice opinion as soon as possible rather than wait for the changes to go through. That way Riot can take a step back and reassess their decisions before everyone is stuck with them for weeks, months, or years.
Fiora's splash art and Mordekaiser's title change are prime examples.
