Champion information in the Client needs to be updated

First and foremost, if this is already in the client then please direct me there and let this thread die. I could not find it.

Champion abilities should have cooldown, scaling, and damage per level added into their profiles.

There's an entire page dedicated to abilities and how they work with cool little videos (and I love these pages), but they do not present any information outside of this.

Please, Riot, update these pages. I'm sure it'll take making someone do something extremely boring and tedious for a good amount of time, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who would appreciate it.
