His kits unfair. He can dive you and fucking just hit R and run away. He is litterally the most toxic champion I have ever seen with the least counter play ever.

Katerina has counter play, you just have to make her stop moving and she's dead... if your team has no cc then buy some cc items, but in all honesty if you have a team that has no cc you are already starting the game off wrong.

Ekko has counterplay also. Hell, Cassiopeia is one of the best counters to him. Yes his ult lets him reposition and heal, but its not hard to keep an eye on where the shadow is.

That's really what it boils down too. Ekko is good and can kill a player but hes not going to carry the whole game in most cases. He can be countered and if you want to get kills you cant just run in headfirst and get a pentakill... Granted Katarina can do that... but that's beside the point lol. The point is if you want to play against ekko you have to think and focus. He can be beaten but you got to play smart.

if a tank ekko can 1shot someone with just a trinity force, they must be pretty dam behind. Otherwise, he's not that different from being a more mobile nautilus with slightly shorter CDs with the exception that his stun his more situational compared to the two stuns on nautilus, his E slow, and his Q hook (which also stuns for the duration).

Lol Ekko Broke time.. there is no getting rid of him. If you deleted him he would just reverse time and be right back in the game. Just give it up and learn to fight him... I mean in all honesty I get where you are coming from, he's hard to fight and he's annoying. My advice, buy him and play him. There is no better way to see how to fight the champion than to be the champion.
