Probably going to get downvoted into oblivion but, what if max charged varus Q did something extra besides, extra damage and range. His Q falls off super hard late game, what if it had some sort of missing hp buff or something so you could pick off low hp runners on the enemy team.

Perhaps, he feels so weak, like if you don't build full armour pen and ad then your Q does litterally fucking nothing. it doesn't do much late to even squishies and doesn't even hurt tanks.

he needs a lowering of cds, mana cost. and a new w and move his W to his passive

Exactly everyone sort of out classes him and there isnt really any reason to pick him. caitlyn is a better pick if you wanna poke adc. jhin out damages him like crazy. ashe and sivir out attack speed him.
