Mixed Feelings about Xayah and Rakan
I don't really know. I saw the leak. I was like "oh cool new champions", but I don't know. I just feel like something about them is re-used. I mean, Xayah is pretty neat. But, she is more of the assassin mid-lane type.
Xayah:
Passive - Gives me this weird itchy feeling that something like this exists.
Q - Sounds cool, but sort of reminds of 
.
W - Just sounds like a generic marksman move, imo. Only she also gets increased damage.
E - Indifferent towards this. Makes me thing of the way 
can be played. Or maybe even a deconstructed 
?
R - Makes her a counter to most other adcs. Other than that... I feel like I have seen it before. Feels like a variation of 's ult.
Overall - Feels more like an assassin mid laner. Namely the child of and .
Rakan:
Passive: 
with a few tweaks.
Q - Eh, a poking tool with a heal instead of a slow, snare, etc.
W - Feels like a faster 
ult without a shield.
E - Feels like 
.
R - Feels like the child of 
and 
Overall - A support hybrid of our other loved champions.
I do like that recall though.
