Is trash talking a bannable/reportable offense?

Every game I trash talk i get reported for either negative or verbal abuse.

And I'm not talking about "HEY YOU SUCK %%%%%%", no I mean stuff like "Nice flash" "Nice Q ez, need a map?" Or stuff like that, you know, mock the enemy, but never insult or telling someone to die or stuff.

It's really funny I got reported last game for that, and then on post game the guy who reported me (who barely talked in the game) was like "THANK GOD I DONT HAVE TO READ THIS PISS OF SHIT ANYMORE" when i told him "You know riot can read this right?" he was like "I ONLY CARE ABOUT YOU MOM, WHO I FUCKED LAST NIGHT" or something like that. Really funny, but it pisses me off that you cant say a damn thing in this game without getting reported (Sometimes not even that, I had games where I literaly just said GG, and got reported... probably because i was spaming laugh on blizt lmao)
