Sometimes when someone doesn't lock in their champion & hovers through, I assumed that he has a very bad connection to be unable to click the Lock In button. People need to learn how to like, click the Lock In button once. Like, it's so fucking simple. You had like what, 30 seconds to decide just the one champion?
