Is it that hard to follow rules? It's not that difficult. As far as I know riot takes criticism well. Just as long as it's on topic. If you are saying that their game is bad but not giving things they can improve on then it would just seem like your topic is nothing but hate. Say what they can do better! That's the only reason why your topics would get deleted. It's not needed since it would just be piles and piles of hatred for this game.
