pretty much good on any lux build. Her long-range skillshot based skills give her easy safety plus both Q and E have CC. She'll be getting easy assists in most teamfights for easy stacks and her cc allows her to stay alive to not lose them. She spews CC and safety.

did lux use a skill? yep cc. did lux fart? yep cc did lux wink? yep cc. did lux pick her nose? you guessed it, cc.
