Chat Restriction

Why is it that this new system of chat restriction not accurate? you get restricted from chat for 20+ games and just because a teammate didn't like what you said. So what i said you stand around doing nothing while we are defending our tower, or so what i said stop split pushing as a ADC? riot before you guys work on in game behavior control, fix these bugs you guys have in the game that make the game dis-functional. we don't need a system that is so broken that if someone doesn't like that person, they can get them instantly chat restricted for a whole 3 days or so(however long it takes to play the amount of games). Especially when they purposefully made a mute button for the same reason that this dumb thing does.
