CRASHES

its very odd how when i play a match, i do fine until i come to a critical moment in the game where a decision makes or breaks a fight im in.... AND THE CLIENT CRASHES, saying something about failure to dump files???? someone explain to me what that is please, and if its a error on their part. because i have no problems running other games besides this one, and i already reinstalled the client
