Ineligable to participate in the event due to previous behavior

Why does it keep telling me due to my past behavior i am not able to earn chest or keys? I have only been chat banned once since the reset and this is very frustrating because i have done nothing wrong and yet riot decides to not allow players to receive chests and keys because of 1 chat ban?

It'll eventually go away if you're not negative. I'd suggest forgetting about Hextech Crafting entirely, because it could be several months if ever.
