Idea for a new dynamic Q

Rather than queueing up and being placed into a game, you are first placed into a team, like team builder was, and then as a 5 man you find a game. If Dynamic was restructured in this format and sold as a way to meet new people and create teams in a ranked environment, I could possibly see it atracting some solo players and doing fine along side a solo queue.
